Since 1963 Cook Industrial Electric Co. Inc. has specialized in the installation and maintenance of motors, controls, and wiring for the industries of southwest Georgia. Our service area is a radius of about 250 miles from our Cordele, Georgia headquarters, with the large majority of our customers located within 60 miles.

We offer a wide variety of services and products to meet our customers’ needs and to help them insure maximum productivity, minimum downtime, reduced operational and maintenance costs, and optimum safety. Cook Industrial’s service is the reason for its success. When our customers need immediate attention, they get it, whether it is a breakdown or a rush wiring job of $200 or $1,000,000.

With over $1,000,000 in equipment and inventory, and full-time service and motor departments, we can respond to practically any electrical emergency within a matter of minutes, no matter the time or day. All of our electricians are equipped with cellular telephones, and are cross-trained as trouble-shooters of controls and motors, giving us tremendous flexibility. Our reputation is our most important asset and every employee of Cook Industrial takes seriously their individual responsibilities in helping to establish and maintain friendly, long-term, and professional relationships with our customers.

While many of our projects are traditional contracts, many of our customers depend on us as integral parts of their design process. We offer design-build services with the customer’s needs in mind, whether it be a small renovation project or a highly automated processing plant. Being involved in the construction process from design, to installation, to startup and commissioning insures that your project has the best possible coordination and communication.

Our geographic location in a largely agricultural area has helped us to attain a special niche in the agricultural industrial market but our abilities and experience are not limited to any one market. 5. Convert overhead 15kv lines and transformers to underground cables and Padmount transformers
