We're serious about quality. We understand that for most of our customers the cost of a repair can be insignificant when compared to the cost in lost productivity, even when replacement parts are readily available. Downtime due to motor failure can create havoc for your plant and production schedules. For that reason we refuse to cut corners in our rewinds and repairs, using methods and premium wiring and insulation that exceeds factory standards. A few dollars saved up front can be, and often is, terribly expensive at the end.

Because emergencies don’t always happen during normal business hours, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our customers.

Our motor shop and service department is an integral part of Cook Industrial Electric’s complete package, and has been since the company was founded in 1963. We have always believed that service after the sale is what makes the difference to our customers and keeps them coming back. For that reason, we service the products we sell, as well as the motors and controls installed in your business.

Cook Industrial Electric is serious about our customers. As one of the consistently largest Lincoln/Leeson dealers in the state, with an inventory of over $300,000 in motors, we try to offer you every electrical product and service necessary to keep your plant running and take a great deal of pride in our past record and present abilities to do just that. We can evaluate and test your equipment to determine if it is to your advantage to repair it or replace it. With few exceptions, if it powers your production, Cook Industrial Electric can sell it, install it, maintain it, repair it, replace it, or upgrade it.
