"Hard work, specialized skill & simply loving our neighbor is what built Blueline Dryers."
We started Blueline Dryers, a family-owned company, to solve crop drying issues brought to us by friends. A conversation among friends resulted in a dryer that quickly became the most efficient crop drying method on the market. These same principles continue to guide our design and developments in Blueline dryers, our sales and unmatched service & our employees' actions each and every day.
Blueline dryers are simple in design and operation, energy-efficient and trouble-free. Realizing that no one design is perfect for every need, Blueline's engineers have pooled their more than eighty years of experience to create this versatile line of crop dryers.
With six basic models and many variations, one is certain to meet your drying needs: increased production, lower energy consumption, higher product quality, greater safety and minimum maintenance and downtime. While we specialize in peanut drying and curing, Blueline also offers dryers for pecans, onions, walnuts, almonds, and other crops.
Tailoring fan and burner characteristics to the optimum curing parameters for specific crops can put more profit into your operation. We are constantly receiving input from owners, operators, service technicians and engineers. This ongoing research helps Blueline lead the field in dryer technology.

Over 2,500 semi-trailer peanut dryers in service since 1998. Serving the peanut industry through innovation, quality and cost-efficiency.
Every Blueline Dryer features aerodynamic, stainless steel burners for long life and greater reliability, and are available for use with LP vapor or natural gas. Burner and fan control power are separately derived from 115 volt transformers inside the control panel.
Since being introduced in 1998, these dryers have proven to be ideal for both high volume and high quality curing of peanuts. Curing times are comparable to conventional trailers holding from four to seven tons, with drying uniformity that exceeds that found in smaller trailers. Feedback from our customers indicates that the use of correctly matched semi-trailers and semi-trailer dryers can have a significant impact on your energy costs. Blueline’s Semi-trailer peanut dryers have been proving themselves since 1998, with over 1,000 dryers in operation at 100's of locations throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
NOTE: This unit is designed for peanuts, pecans, and onions. It is NOT for use with grains.
Our 4215 and 4220 dryers are most commonly used to cure onions, but can be adapted for many other products. Available in either horizontal or vertical mounting (shown), and with several propeller options, these units can meet most of your larger batch drying needs.
